The report itself is a computer-generated document covering the specific areas of the property, e.g., grounds, exterior, foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical, etc.  The report is typically placed on the company's website for client retrieval, or it can be emailed, mailed, faxed or delivered if necessary, when time permits.

In most cases, digital pictures will be taken during the inspection and inserted into the report.
